Follow the 3 Easy Steps below and enjoy the benefits that thousands of dealers across the country enjoy.


Step 1:

Step 2:

Complete all forms, review the dealer agreement, print and sign the Dealer Application and ACH Forms accordingly.


Step 3:

Fax the following items to 201-818-0641 for processing:

  1. Dealer Application (completed and signed)
  2. ACH Form (completed and signed)
  3. A copy of a voided check (for direct funding)
  4. Please include financial results for the last 2 completed fiscal years.
    Acceptable forms demonstrating financial results:
    1.) If your company is a Corporation -
         - Audited Financial Statements; or
         - Unaudited Financial Statements with an Accountants
           Compilation Report; or
         - Corporate Income Tax Return - Form 1120 and schedules
    2.) If your company is a Sole Proprietor, Partnership, S Corp or
         LLC
         - Income Tax Return - Form 1040 and schedules

Once faxed please allow 7 business days for processing. For application status after the processing period please call Merchant Services at 1-800-538-3638.

Once your application is approved a welcome kit containing applications and store materials will be mailed to you.
